Download our App, or access the request form here. Simply navigate down the ‘Get Started’ Page and follow the listed steps up until your order has been confirmed.

How do I download the Mobile App?

The LaundryLift App is available for free download on IOS App Store and Google Playstore, Search "laundry lift". Our App is compatible on both Android and IOS Devices.

How do I create a new Account?

If you are new to LaundryLift, you may proceed to the ‘Get Started’ Page on the website and select “Register Now” to create a new account. If you wish to register on your mobile device, please download and install our mobile app.

Can I change the order information after placing a booking?

Yes. You can make changes via the mobile app, or email us at info@thelaundrylift.com before the service is started.

Can I deliver multiple orders to different drop-off addresses at the same time?

Yes, LaundryLift is great at multitasking! We allow our users to place multiple orders and select various pickup and drop-off locations to meet several orders simultaneously.

How can I view my Order Information History?

Your Order Information History will be displayed after you confirm your booking. A list of all the bookings made previously will be displayed under the history tab.

How will I be informed that the pickyp/delivery is scheduled?

You will be notified by email/phone. Download the laundry lift app to receive service update notifications.

Does the App work without an Internet/ Mobile Data Connection?

The Application requires an Internet connection to showcase the GPS Maps which will enable the user to select the pick-up and drop-off addresses accordingly.

Can I change my payment method?

Yes, payment methods can be changed on the website or in our mobile app.
